Good quality, minor delivery issue

Delivery took about 8 days to reach my place in Berlin, which was a little longer than I expected for the chair, but the table actually arrived a day earlier. Both items were well-packaged, no damage during transit. The Freischwinger chair is very sturdy and comfortable, feels like good quality for the price. The Couchtisch was also easy to assemble, and the wood finish looks nice. My only small gripe was that the delivery for the chair initially gave a wider window, making it hard to plan. Got a new bed, pretty good

Needed a new Boxspringbett so I checked out Zanuro. Found one I liked and ordered it. It took about 10 days to get here, which was fine. The delivery guys were nice, helped bring it in. Putting it together wasn't too bad, just took some time. It's comfy, no complaints. Slept well since I got it. All in all, a pretty smooth buy.

This was my third purchase from Zanuro, this time a Holztisch. I've bought a Polsterstuhl and a TV-Board from them before. Their consistency is why I keep coming back. The ordering process is always smooth, and delivery is usually within the timeframe they give, never had a lost package or anything. The quality of the Holztisch is just as good as my previous items. It fits perfectly with the Polsterstuhl I got earlier. They haven't disappointed yet.

Decent furniture, delivery could improve

I purchased an Esstisch and two Armlehnstuhl chairs. The furniture itself is quite good for the price point. The Esstisch feels solid, and the chairs are comfortable enough for daily use. Assembly for the table was straightforward, but one of the chairs had a slight wobble that I had to adjust myself. Delivery took about a week, which was okay, but they use a freight company that only delivers curb-side, which wasn't ideal for such heavy items. Getting them inside was a bit of a hassle. Customer service was helpful when I asked about tracking, though. Overall, a good experience for the furniture quality, but be prepared for the delivery logistics.
